'The saying we are our thoughts" – is pretty accurate. Negative thoughts affect everything about us, how we see ourselves, how we treat ourselves and others, our moods, confidence, outlook on life, health. It's a contributor to depression, to feelings of helplessness and so much more.

There is a diffrent approach to mental health therapy and medical treatments. With a medical treatment, the GP / doctor will deal with the symptoms and prescribe drugs and possible treatments in an aim to cure or eradicate the illness. In therapy this isn't possible because mental illness, negative thoughts and beliefs and maladaptive behaviours are not diseases.
Talking therapy helps clients uncover strengths and to learn new skills that will allow and help them to deal with challenges that arise in life. Its about our mindset, exploring the emotions we have attached to our thoughts and how to change and rebalance them.
There are many ways in helping clients to achieve a place where they are happy, contented, confident and healthy. Applying ESR (emotional stress release) or NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) we explore our life, uncover any prior or current issues that need to be dealt with.
Our mind is powerful and establishing a positive mental attitude helps us with all aspects of our day to day life.

Therapy can be via Zoom, Phone or 1 to 1 in the therapy room.
